I finished clearing the Mongol threats and discovered the "bandits" were actually protectors of displaced travelers. Jin convinced a peasant guarding at Azamo Bay to let them in, arguing that their bravery made them worthy allies.

I was in the middle of slaughtering a Mongol when I noticed another Mongol staring at me from behind in a very strange way. He looked completely stunned as he watched his comrade dying in my hands. The look on his face really captured the fear I was instilling in their ranks.

I didn't waste any time and ran to save another peasant who was being attacked by two Mongols at once. I intercepted them quickly and took both of them down before they could land a finishing blow on the innocent man.

I found yet another Mongol in the woods who was just moments away from killing a peasant. I rushed to his position and slaughtered him instead. I chose a specific angle for this shot that I really liked; it made the whole encounter feel much more cinematic and intense.

The last remaining Mongol was being attacked by two peasants, but he refused to go down. Since he had already lost most of his health, I ran over and delivered a final kick that sent him to his death, finally clearing the immediate area of threats.

I realized there were no more enemies left to fight, so I went to regroup with the others inside the house. The bandit explained that he had been protecting travelers who were fleeing the Mongols, people who had lost everything. He had been acting as their guardian this whole time.

Jin understood that these men were actually doing good, so he decided to offer them shelter at Azamo Bay. He led the entire group of survivors toward the village, hoping to give them a safe place to recover from the trauma of the invasion.

When we arrived, the peasant at the entrance was hesitant, arguing that bandits couldn't be trusted. However, Jin stood his ground and reminded him that even bandits need shelter during times like these. Jin believed that since they fought to defend those people, they would be an asset in holding the village.

The peasant guard eventually opened the gate and let everyone inside. The bandit leader thanked Jin for the help, and Jin asked him to protect Azamo just as he had protected those travelers.

With everyone safe inside the walls, the side quest titled "Honor Buried Deep" finally came to an end. It felt good to see those people find a home, but now it's time to get back to the heart of the journey.
