The Last Hunt with Hamish.

I joined Hamish for another hunt, not knowing it would be our last. A wild boar led us into danger, and despite my efforts, Hamish was fatally wounded. After killing the beast, I honored him by taking Blue, his trusted horse, as my new companion.

There were a lot of main missions waiting for me but I chose to meet Hamish first, though I didn't know it was my last meeting with him. I noticed his horse hitched outside that I was looking to ride someday.

As Hamish invited me to go hunting again with him, I was welcomed there a nd I found him without his prosthetic leg that he added after I went there. Then he showed me his collections, along with the big fish and the wolf I helped him with.

Suddenly he saw this huge wild boar near his cabin and a hunt began as he was looking forward to go hunt this beast. But he missed the shot and the boar escaped their sight.

I started running after the boar while Hamish went for the horses, and I even shot the boar with a or two bullets but it escaped anyway.

I was running on the trail and found Hamish came up taking my horse, riding his and there were two passerby met us coincidentally and thought I'd fight them as I still had my gun in my hand.

I let them be and was going for the boar but this man suddenly shot me so I did the same. You can see how epic this moment was as both of us shot at the same time, but I did the headshot.

The other one went a far already but he also opened fire as I shot his partner, and I shot him down with a single bullet from this far, as it was also a headshot.

So they just died for nothing.

As the tracks got complex with other tracks, Hamish suggested us to split. I went for the mountain, when he went onwards.

Following the track, I found this wolf carcass and found its a gored wolf that was killed by someone or some animals maybe. The track of this wolf got mixed up with the boars.

Suddenly I heard gunshots from a far so I rode there fast to investigate and I noticed the boar and when I followed the tracks, I noticed Hamish on the ground, just beside his horse.

I went close to him and found him injured. He got thrown by his horse and the hog attacked him. I thought it was a minor injury but Hamish died there on my watch.

The wild boar came back to attack me as well but I was too fast to take him down just in time when he got close to me. Both the killer and the victims were sleeping closely.

I collected tusk of the giant boar as a trophy and then rode with Hamish's horse Blue as he permitted me to.

As Blue is stronger than Rick, I made him my primary horse and left Rick at the camp.
