Haunting Views from the Rooftops.

I cleansed the Torii Gate and found a Katashiro before taking in a stunning view of the city under a red moon. After jumping off a roof to defeat two headless demons and save spirits, I faced a new enemy that hurled fireballs, forcing a quick retreat. Finally, I heard a desperate plea from Akito's sister, Mari, and performed a stealth kill on a guard to keep moving toward her.

I finally reached the Torii Gate, but before I moved to cleanse it, I had to stop for a moment. The view from that point was absolutely stunning, and I wanted to take a second to appreciate the haunting beauty of this view before getting back to work.

After I cleansed the gate, I stepped inside the temple grounds. My exploration paid off quickly as I discovered another Katashiro tucked away inside. Having an extra one is always vital, as it allows me to carry more spirits at once before needing to find a phone booth.

I climbed to the top of a nearby building to get a better look at my surroundings. From the rooftop, I saw a breathtaking view of the city bathed in the glow of the red moon. I also noticed several trapped spirits nearby that were in desperate need of saving.

Looking down from the ledge, I spotted a group of headless demons guarding a collection of spirits.

I decided to take the initiative and jumped off the rooftop, landing right in the middle of the confrontation. I engaged both demons and took them down before they could mount a serious defense.

With the area clear, I pulled out my Katashiro and absorbed the spirits. It felt good to rescue them from the influence of the demons that had been hovering over them.

I leaped back onto a different rooftop, where I encountered a new kind of demon guarding multiple spirits. This one was much more dangerous; it started hurling spiritual fireballs at me that drained my health rapidly. I realized I wasn't quite ready for this fight, so I made a quick escape to survive.

After I got back down to the street level, I continued my exploration. I ran into a few more demons that were blocking my path, but I made short work of them and kept moving forward through the district.

I reached a new section of the city that was heavily infested. After I defeated the demons lurking there, I was able to cleanse a major roadblock, opening up even more of the map for investigation.

I found a phone booth and used it to release all the spirits I had collected to the other side. While I was there, I heard a voice on the line, it was Mari, Akito's sister, pleading for help. Her request added a new sense of urgency to my mission.

I pushed ahead and spotted a headless demon standing guard in front of a demonic tree. I crouched down and crept up behind her as quietly as possible. I managed to take her down with a stealth kill, ending the threat easily without giving her any chance to fight back.
