Bloater does look pretty disgusting, I can imagine how many years he's been wandering around the world for him to look like this, it's disgusting, but the fight should be epic.

Joel was mentioning they've been infected for a very long time but they didn't mention for how many years. Let's assume 5+ or more than that maybe.
