I fought my way through the hospital grounds while hunting for Nora. After forcing information out of a guard, I moved upstairs and confronted multiple WLF soldiers using stealth, arrows, and close combat. Despite dogs tracking Ellie's scent and grenades flushing her out, I kept control of the battlefield.
Right after getting out of the water, Ellie held the lady on guard there hostage and asked where Nora was after warning her not to make any sound.
The lady acted innocent and said what Ellie was asking. But when Ellie was distracted, the lady tried to stab Ellie but she failed. Ellie stabbed her knife through the neck of that lady instead.
The lady acted like a dying chicken there having Ellie witness. Then I moved towards the upper floors as that's where I might find Nora, according to this lady.
After getting out of the basement, I came into the open where I noticed two WLF soldiers were walking ahead while having a friendly chat. I wanted for them to get separated.
When they got separated, I shot the one who stopped nearby. The arrow hit right at his head so he fell down right away.
The other one noticed that from a far and when she was coming to check on the body, I shot down another one who was guarding from a height.
The other soldier was a lady, who found the dead body so she was looking for me. Then I attacked her when I was hidden in the grass. I didn't try stealth by mistake.
Other soldiers heard her screaming so they started looking for me around when I hid at the back of a big truck. But their dog got my scent.
I had to shoot one the soldier with the guard dog as I knew he'd see my. When I was shooting that soldier with my sidearm, another one of them jumped on the truck so I had to take care of him next.
I was not getting off the truck without taking down most of the WLF soldiers around as I got good covers there, even the dog couldn't harm me when I was there. But a soldier threw a grenade that damaged me good time.
