After another arrow wound, I hid in tall grass and took down enemies one by one using stealth and arrows. Following signs to the hospital, I scavenged bodies for supplies and reached a checkpoint.
I searched an empty apartment for loot, then used the emergency staircase to get beyond the gate toward the quarantine area.
When I was shooting the enemies, one of them shot me with another arrow and I had to get it out again as fast as I could.
I went ahead and hid in the tall grasses as I noticed there were more of the enemies and I started taking them down one by one in stealth.
The more I was taking down, the more I was seeing around, and I didn't want them to see me, so I stayed as quiet as possible, and I took some of them down with arrows, as they were the arrow guys. And then I took down the last one of them for the time being.
After getting out of the forest or garden, I noticed a sign that shows the direction towards the hospital, so I had to take that path.
When I was following the route towards the hospital, I found some dead bodies on my way. Some had ammos and weapons around them, and one of them had an arrow right through her chest that I collected for future use.
Then I reached a checkpoint gate that I had to get past as the hospital access and quarantine area were past that gate and I noticed there was this building. I needed to get into that building now without knowing what was waiting for me inside there.
There was no one around, but I was still careful, carrying my bows and arrows, as you never know if someone suddenly jumps on me. And then I found a door to an apartment that I went through.
There were loots around that apartment that I could collect as my own, and fortunately, there were no monsters around.
After looking the apartment, I went out through the door, and I noticed I was on the emergency staircase, and I could just get to the other side of the checkpoint gate now.
