Warnings Written in Ruins.

Pushing through the metro tunnels, I crossed a dangerous gap to reach an untouched train car filled with supplies and a grim warning about the Scars. After forcing my boat through a shattered shortcut, I discovered more signs of violence and upgraded my bow, preparing for the dangers ahead.

I pushed deep into the metro tunnel until I hit a massive gap in the floor, a dead end. I could see another compartment that looked untouched. I knew there would be high-tier supplies over there if I could just find a way across.

I found a rope in this compartment that I used to swing to the other side. It was a tense jump, but I landed safely on the other side, giving me access to the isolated train car.

Before going for the loot, I walked to the very edge of the broken metro bridge. From this high vantage point, I could see the flooded city stretching out beneath me. Despite the decay, it was a beautiful view of the world I'm fighting to survive in.

After climbing back into the train car, I stumbled upon the remains of a WLF soldier. He was surrounded by a few stray supplies, but the most interesting thing he left behind was a note. It was a warning to his comrades, speaking of the Scars haunting these ruins.

I leaped from the train car, splashing safely into the deep water below, and hopped back into my boat.

As I navigated through the remains of the city, I reached a building where the path ahead was blocked by large glass windows. I Revved the engine and smashed right through, the glass shattering into a thousand pieces as I forced the boat inside.

The shortcut proved to be a bit of a dead end. Once inside, I found my way blocked by a heavy metal shutter that refused to budge. The shutter was jammed by a large, heavy pipe.

While exploring the interior to find a way to clear the shutter, I found another body. This one had been killed in a particularly brutal fashion, making the Scars feel a lot more like a physical threat.

I spotted a workbench tucked away in the corner. I decided it was the perfect time to prepare for whatever killed that man. I checked my resources and saw I had just enough to improve my gear.

I chose to upgrade my bow to ensure my shots are faster and more lethal for the road ahead.
