You are kindly invited to take part in TRAVEL CONTEST's theme today "Black and White Portrait" :)
Feel free to interpret the theme in every way you like, hopefully more people will be inspired, motivated and challenged to join this contest round!

- One entry per person.
- To enter, upload your photo(s) and text into the comment section below. There's no need to create a separate post.
- In order to be considered, an entry should consist of at least one photo and your personal story/info/memory.
- All the photos you use to enter the contest must be your own and taken by yourself.
- All the text you enter must be written by yourself in English.
- Deadline: One week starting from the datetime of the contest announcement.
- No NSFW content.
Prizes:
- One Winner will be set as 40% beneficiary of the post including the winners announcement.
- One Honorable Mention will be set as 10% beneficiary of the post including the winners announcement.
- All winning and mentioned accounts will be followed, periodically reviewed and their best works upvoted.

Hello, here my entry
I always like to take pictures of my son with his violin, this time I asked him to pose as if he was playing, with the violin covering half of his face and another where you could see his eye in the curve of the violin, all these with the portrait and blur technique, and I did a close-up to highlight the strings and the blur in the background. I hope you like it.. I hope you like it.

i took the adult candid portraits in Malpura in Tonk district of Rajasthan. it is an unlikely destination for a traveler like myself but my wife and I had a lovely stay for a couple of weeks in February. the photo of the young girl is from a rural village we were invited to visit a family we met while in Malpura.
my camera is a lumix fz300 with a flip screen and a good zoom which are both vey useful taking candid portraits. these photos have been edited with the free verion of adobe photoshop

Hello, and greetings 🙏 India is a country more popular for various cultures and its hospitality. During our travel to north India, we visited one small village in Rajasthan. The rajsthani woman looked very happy after we meet her and happily prepared food for us. Having seen her energetic face and glow I could not stop myself to take her photo.
