On a electrical substation near the shopping center, artist Klaas Lageweg transformed it's dull appearance into a work of art. Inspired by the fauna found around Ede and its heathland, Klaas made a stunning piece of a deer with colors from the heathland.
The Artist and Artwork
This piece was made by Klaas Lageweg in cooperation with Astrant pop and cultural center. Klaas is a visual artist by profession, and creates paintings and murals. Most of his work involves animals, and are all in his destinctive style. He has done commisions for Netflix, Rabobank, Grolsch, Tesla and many more large companies.
