CCC's Street Art contest #136:The pink haired girl and her food

in StreetArt2 years ago

A few days ago, when I passed the Medan Railway, I saw several street art works along the Medan Railway. Some of the street art works that I can document are :

Pink haired girl

A pink-haired girl was wearing a striped T-shirt which was also pink, so it matched well. This pink-haired girl was eating warm chicken, hot steam and the delicious aroma of chicken wafted into the air. She looks enjoying her chicken dish.

Street artists combine blue (dominating the girls' shirts) and bright pink (dominating the girls' hair color), a combination of colors that can liven up the colors in this street art.

Medan boy

The next painting I found was of a child, I'm not sure if this is a boy or a girl? Because the painter painted this child with a head without hair/bald. But the shape of the lips is like that of a girl's lips, isn't the shape of the lips sexy?

At first I thought this was a boy's painting, because of his bald head, but when I saw a teddy bear under the painting, I doubted the boy's gender. Although there are also boys who like to play with dolls, this street painting is contradictory because the painting with a bald head contains a picture of a teddy bear which many girls like.

The panda doll looks sad, we can see this from the shape of her lips which expressessadness/
disappointment. There is also a pair of eyes watching, these eyes are under the panda's feet.

Regardless of gender, the most important thing is that there is a hidden "thing" that street artists are trying to convey, but not directly expressed through paintings. I can only admire the beautiful works of street art and I pray that street artists who are in doubt will find the best solution for all the problems in life they are facing.
