One of the most colorful places to stroll around is undoubtedly Plaza Serrano in the Palermo neighborhood. Street art here is abundant and recognized as one of the best places for it.
Greetings my dear Hive friends! As an urban photographer it is important to highlight a small part of the Palermo neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires. These are two passages of three that are very recognizable in the famous Plaza Serrano. The place is destined for portrait photography encounters because of the amount of street art it houses and the outstanding works that are found here.
So, let's get to know these two colorful passages where artists make their art.
Saludos mis queridos amigos de Hive! Cómo fotógrafo urbano es importante destacar una pequeña parte del barrio de Palermo en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Se trata de dos pasajes de tres que son muy reconocidos en la famosa Plaza Serrano. El lugar es destinado a encuentros para fotografía de retratos por la cantidad de arte callejero que alberga y las destacadas obras que acá se encuentran.
Así que, conozcamos estos dos pasajes muy coloridos dónde los artistas hacen su arte.
Russel Passage
(Pasaje Russel)
The Russel Passage is the best known of the area, with only two blocks, approximately 200 meters of narrow street that leaves visitors speechless with street art.
El pasaje Russel es el más conocido de la zona, con solamente dos cuadras, aproximadamente 200 metros de calle estrecha deja a los visitantes boquiabiertos con el arte callejero.
The colorfully decorated houses and some of colonial style are also present in the place. It is a place that tourists should visit when walking through this neighborhood.
Las casas decoradas con muchos colores y algunas de estilo colonial también se hacen presente en el lugar. Es un lugar que los turistas deben visitar cuando caminan por este barrio.

In this passage there are houses, some commercial establishments, stores and even a Hostel, very touristic and colorful as all its extension, so everything is related to art. Here a couple more pictures of the place.
En este pasaje se encuentran casas, algunos establecimientos comerciales, tiendas e incluso un Hostel, muy turístico y colorido como toda su extensión, así que todo está relacionado al arte. Acá un par de fotos más del lugar.

Santa Rosa Passage

The Santa Rosa passage is on the other side of Borges street, which divides the Russel passage with this one, also with cobblestone streets is another place that houses more street art, however during my visit I did not find many of them, which makes me think that they have been covered.
Still, let's enjoy some of these works that I found in the place and here I share them with all of you.
El pasaje Santa Rosa se encuentra del otro lado de la calle Borges, la cual divide el pasaje Russel con este otro, también con calles empedradas es otro de los lugares que alberga más arte callejero, sin embargo durante mi visita no encontré gran cantidad de ellos, lo que me hace pensar que los han cubierto.
Aún así, disfrutemos de algunas de estos trabajos que encontré en el lugar y acá los comparto con todos ustedes.

These are three murals that I was able to capture in the passage, for the last two photos I used my smartphone with a wide angle camera to be able to frame all the work since I couldn't with my camera due to the narrowness of the street.
Éstos son tres murales que pude capturar en el pasaje, para las dos últimas fotos utilice mi smartphone con cámara gran angular para poder encuadrar todo el trabajo ya que con mi cámara no podía por la estrechez de la calle.

Me encantó el estilo de Gonzalo Prieto, por los colores que usa, y ese detalle de tener una bicicleta dentro de la sala, al lado del teléf. Es como si quisiera tener seguridad. El otro sería el de Franco Martínez, con ese tremendo abejorro como jinete. Aunque todas están bellas, me gustaría llena mi paz interior, con esta belleza de arte. Saludos cariñosos amigo.
