My question is; how many votes do you think that tag will get! I would be wondering the same thing. Who left that there?! There's art and then there's street art. And street art always has me wondering; "Why? What was the motivation behind this?" Like any art there is the Jackson Pollock type and then there's the stop-you-in-your-tracks masterpieces. Rembrandt, Monet, Picasso ....
