Things like that can really change the whole trip as well as the mood. It's magic that can prepare you for the final destination - not like the movie, hahaha. While these things may seem a bit redundant from a financial standpoint, who can afford it - bravo to them! They worked hard and deserve it, or they're just rich heirs, hahaha. For the rest of us - music on the headphones, something to eat from the duty free shop and prayers that we don't truly experience "Final Destination", haha.

Unless the flight is super long, I really don't mind being back in the cheap seats just like you say, headphones on, maybe something good to read and hopefully access to an exit row.
