All excellent songs. Makes me think about going ital. I do love me some milk though. Tried the soy milk (yuck) but tried oat milk the other week and really liked it! I don't eat much red meat anyway, never cared for it. Mostly eat chicken, pork, and fish.
You have really got me thinking about trying out a vegan diet. Will have to wait until I consume all the meat in my fridge. Would not want to waste it!
Just think of all the new music you could enjoy on this new diet. We don't partake in the plant milks too much, and the only time I really crave a milk-like replacement is in my morning coffee. One negative aspect of going Ital is that you're gonna get a lot less calories out of more amounts of food.
If you're in the USA, this is a killer, because farm subsidies support meat, dairy soy, and corn, making them much cheaper than eating a veg diet. Luckily in Cambodia there are no major farm subsidies, so my Ital diet was much cheaper than that of my meat-eater friends. In fact most of the countries I've traveled to in the world have a big vegetarian scene, but only because of poverty.
Here's an approach that might work better for you, we'll call it the Cambodian approach. Cambodian people eat meat in every meal, but in very tiny amounts because it is so expensive for them. Maybe the smaller amounts of meat is a better choice for you, but unfortunately you'll find no hipster scene for this diet. !ENGAGE 40
