Great ital selection, Bredda! And i just watched half of them videos..😀
One point of constructive criticism also for all Vegans:
Use & consume less plastic-wrapped veggies & fruits.Plastic packaging of especially fruits & veggies is unnecessary and harmful to all Life on Earth.
A paper bag should do it...or you have your own cotton bag e.g.
If the supermarket does not offer it, "inspire" them 😉

Give thanks, many countries are waking up to the mess of plastic bags. Even here, when I present my cloth bag, they often put everything in a plastic bag then put it in my bag, creating an awkward situation. !ENGAGE 40
When it happens like that, i tell them directly "...no,no,i got my own bag, thanks, less plastic, please think about Mother Earth/nature/environment..."
And i say it loud (still friendly) so all the people around me hear it 🤗
I love pirate food!!!! I'll never forget picking apples from a roadside tree with Dad once . It was huge and there were sooo many apples. Dad's up the tree chucking em to me and little Jarrah, who was about 4 and kept missing them, so they were splattering over the road. He was giggling his head off and I was screaming at Dad to stop... there were apples everywhere. Now that road is so busy you can't even stop safely. A beautiful memory. My Dad is the original fruit pirate.. he'd steal fruit from anywhere to wails of us saying DAAAAAADDDDD
All excellent songs. Makes me think about going ital. I do love me some milk though. Tried the soy milk (yuck) but tried oat milk the other week and really liked it! I don't eat much red meat anyway, never cared for it. Mostly eat chicken, pork, and fish.
You have really got me thinking about trying out a vegan diet. Will have to wait until I consume all the meat in my fridge. Would not want to waste it!
Just think of all the new music you could enjoy on this new diet. We don't partake in the plant milks too much, and the only time I really crave a milk-like replacement is in my morning coffee. One negative aspect of going Ital is that you're gonna get a lot less calories out of more amounts of food.
If you're in the USA, this is a killer, because farm subsidies support meat, dairy soy, and corn, making them much cheaper than eating a veg diet. Luckily in Cambodia there are no major farm subsidies, so my Ital diet was much cheaper than that of my meat-eater friends. In fact most of the countries I've traveled to in the world have a big vegetarian scene, but only because of poverty.
Here's an approach that might work better for you, we'll call it the Cambodian approach. Cambodian people eat meat in every meal, but in very tiny amounts because it is so expensive for them. Maybe the smaller amounts of meat is a better choice for you, but unfortunately you'll find no hipster scene for this diet. !ENGAGE 40
Very good my friend! .. I have a blog where I will be uploading the history of the genre and subgenera. positive vibration for everyone. Come visit me so that you can listen to the reggae group where I am a drummer and get to know our blog called "The sea of desires"
Indeed, I've heard good things about this community, will be following with interest. I had a close that was a drummer in various bands. When I would attend his shows, I could always make him fall apart by shouting "turn up the drums!!" I'll check out your blog. !ENGAGE 25
Always enjoy listening to Reggae music, will never follow the vegan form, have great respect for those who do it is simply in choice.
Spending money on a farm and tools makes more sense than guns and rivers of blood, reggae concept of living in a harmonious lifestyle is another admired trait.

To each their own as I always say. I've always felt what comes out of your mouth is much more important than what goes in it. Self-reliance is key, and even as an Italist, I admire those who are willing to hunt or fish for their meal rather than buy it from a market. !ENGAGE 30
Going Vegan or Vegetarian is great! I have turned to vegetarian for now and will try to move to complete plan based diet very soon. You post is so motivating for those working in this direction. Great one. Cheers!

It's a small world after all, and my family has the same reaction, although Monkey-B has been known to encourage such behavior. !ENGAGE 50
