Many of us need caffeine to help get motivated in the morning. ( And depending on ones job they may need more caffeine to sustain them through the day / evening ) βΈ { Thatβs a whole other topic for another time π€£ }
Here in America one of the most common forms of caffeine consumption is Coffee. βοΈ π« And while Coffee actually contains a number of useful nutrients, such as riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), magnesium, potassium, and various phenolic compounds, or antioxidants. Which are beneficial. However some still feel coffee is not good for them, which is fine. π π

When I make coffee I am #ALittleExtraWithIt lol π π I season my coffee as I season food π€£ π©βπ³ π§ βοΈ π« π
Some prefer Tea as their form of caffeine π« π΅ Which I am sure Many of you already know that Tea holds many benefits And consuming caffeinated teas can offer an #EnergyBoost without the jitters some experience from Coffee. Tea can also be a delicious way to relieve stress! And soo many more benefits!!
YESSS I also am extra with my Tea π΅ π π I like to mix a couple together to feel like itβs πͺ strong enough also I like sweet flavors π π π π During this season it is important to boost your immune system #naturally which is why I choose so many #citrus flavors π π π π΅ π«
However Not partaking in caffeine all together can be better for your blood pressure. Caffeine has been shown to raise blood pressure levels due to the stimulatory effect it has on the nervous system. High intake of caffeine β 3 to 5 cups per day β has also been associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
So while we do consume Both Coffee and Teas, We do try to limit our over all intake. And when We donβt feel the need to start our morning with caffeine We like Citrus Water π§ πΆ

Caffeine for sure! A strong cup of coffee but sometimes I may go for green tea. I have been looking for some good teas to try, have seen the Yogi tea around. Looking for a light cleaner with immune system booster. What do you recommend?
π as you noticed I have a big assortment π I am still no expert π But I can recommend Yogi Highly for the immune boosting varieties at a decent price point even some caffeinated options Next or First on the list for cleansing / more of a medicinal amount of minerals etc would be Traditional Medicine brand and they have varieties aimed more towards overall digestive health , but can be a little more pricey. And surprisingly enough Celestial seasonings brand has very good selections of Green and Black Teas for energy
And we were used to mixing Expresso with our coffee at times!! lol
Next Iβd like to buy the herbs etc separately in bulk to make my own Tea combinations π€© π©βπ³ this year most likely will be the year π Not sure what or why it is But since Iβve become a MaβamMa it just makes me want to make Everything all homemade [ even more soo than I have been already ]

I love coffee and I'm π your coffee inventory. Unfortunately I live in a developing country, so these packs are a luxury at the moment. I'll have to do with instant coffee for the moment.
I also like tea with lemon/citrus flavors.
