Wow, what a collection! I love the blooming mammillarias! And of course the stunning Ortegocactus macdougallii.
The one with red flowers... they remind me Matucana cactus, but I am not sure if that's the one.

No, I do not own any Euphorbia Láctea, I only have two euphorbias as they are generally not my favourite plants.

    I really liked that euphorbia lactea I had never seen any like that I always see the normal green but not cristata, and I searched the internet for the name you told me and yes the one with the red flower is Matucana cactus 🌵 Thanks @ewkaw !!!!!
