Everyone is ignorant of the Bible, not just the educated, the people of the earth are ignorant of the Bible, although it takes people who love the Bible and study it daily to preach and understand the Bible, and not the educated people. Education is never a criteria that one knows or understands the bible better, even an uneducated person can understand God's word better by inspirations from the holy Ghost.
We can see ignorant creeping in many areas of teaching about God's word, and also many areas where the society fails to understand the word of God due to negligence.

Understanding and knowing that the Bible is God's given gift to man, to understand his words we need the help of the Almighty God, whose word are written in the Bible, we need his wisdom to understand his words.

Satan is the God of the world, he rules the world and doesn't want believers to understand God's words, but those who are close to God understand his words and can't be blinded by the devil, those are the chosen and they have an understanding of God's word.
