When a person knows what he wants to do he will know how to manage himself and his time properly. Knowing what is right to do can also affect our time management. Improper time management can ruin a person’s life. That you are confused whether it is the right time to do something is because you don't actually understand what is the will of God. Let the issue be settled from the right angle by trashing out what actually is the will of God.
The purpose of God for our lives determines what time we are. Seeking for the right time to do something depends on what God wants us to do at that time. When we understand the purpose of God, we can then evaluate how far we have gone with the time that is available unto us. What is the purpose of God for your life? Do you know that one? It is when you understand what is the purpose of God for your life that you will be able to know what to do rightly.
It is not every time that is the right time for us to do something. Yes, this one is true. Something can be a good adventure, but it might not be the right time to do that thing at that time. So, we need to listen to God and to the Holy Spirit every time to know what God wants us to do. We might want to talk when God does not want us to talk. We might want to answer a case when God does not want us to answer it. We must learn obedience to God's will by listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
