In life, experiencing trials and tribulations is inevitable. The world is an imperfect place, so we don't expect to have a life void of problems. When such times come, beating ourselves up wouldn't do us any good. Our first reactions towards problem is worrying and complaining. But the below scripture shows us the proper action to take during trying times.
Philippians 4:6 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
We can rephrased the first sentence of that passage by saying be anxious for nothing. Instead of being anxious when faced with certain challenges it is better to surrender it God. Surrendering to God involves making prayers to God. If we seek solution to any problem that is beyond our capability, the best move to take is to surrender it to God in prayers.
And when we make prayers to God, we should be assured that we will definitely receive response to our prayers. And when we make prayers to God we should accompany it with Thanksgiving.
