Bible reading 1:
Isaiah 58:10-14 (KJV) And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Bible reading 2 :
Isaiah 59:1-6 (KJV) Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.
None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.
Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.
as we children of GOD receive every good gift, we should also share those good gifts with others
1 Peter 4:10 (KJV) As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
we should all fulfill the law of CHRIST by bearing one another burdens.
Galatians 6:2 (KJV) Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
in our service to GOD,we need strength,we shouldn't be discouraged.
as we journey through this world we should bear in mind that we will go through anxiety and all sorts of issues but we shouldn't be discouraged one bit.
we should cast all our burdens on GOD because HE cares for us
1 Peter 5:7 (KJV) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
one of the doctrines taught in the Bible is that we should cast our care or burden on GOD because he alone truly cares for us.
we can cast our care or burdens on GOD through prayers only
Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
in all things, Thanksgiving should not be neglected,we should give thanks to GOD in our that we go through, the good times give thanks, the bad times also give thanks to GOD because all things worketh out for good to those who love GOD.
Romans 8:28 (KJV) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
one thing we should know is that we are very special to GOD.
1 Peter 2:9 (KJV) But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
we should be as light to our fellow men by doing good to them so that GOD will be glorified by them.
Matthew 5:16 (KJV) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Thanks be to God brother Peter
