There's only one way we can be sure of going to heaven and that sure way is through Jesus Christ who according to him made us know that he's the only way to the father.
in John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
The above scriptural verse is a testament to the fact that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven and it's through him we can go to our father, his father who hath in heaven.
Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
Furthermore, in the above scriptural verse, we were made to know that for us to gat to heaven, we have to make the right choice as there are two choices before us, one which is life and the other which is death and here, we are being advised to choose life which is Jesus Christ and our sure way to going to heaven, not doing so will amount to choosing death which is eternal suffering in the hell fire.
Colossians 2:6-7 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
In addition, we are equally admonished here to embrace the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ and be rooted in him as this is another sure way for us to reach heaven. Not doing his teaching will amount to us not doing his will which will in turn make us go to hell. For instance, we were told to love our wives in Colossians 3:19 and in verse 20 of it, we are also told to respect our parents which should not be too difficult for those of us going to heaven as when we love our wives we will not commit adultery.
In conclusion, the only way for us to get to heaven is in Christ Jesus as he's the way, the truth and the life. Let's all embrace his ways so as for us to get to heaven.
