About the things that are spiritual, bread is not holy it is literal. So that is the communion you are talking about, it is actually wrong and also ignorance to the bible
Because when the lord Jesus Christ says you must ear of the bread and wine he speaks of the bread that comes from heaven in ( John 3vs 12)KJV:If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? Their are heavenly things, two kinds of things that exists (the spirituality is the heavenly, and the literal is the earthlly thing.
The real communion in the Bible ( 1 John 1 vs 1 through 3)

And the fellowship was translated actually in the manuscript of the scripture. Fellowship is koinonia.

It is the spiritual bread that you have to received the bread that one from heaven which is the word of God, the will of God that you have you to understand. (Luke 4vs4) KJV:And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
