It is the lementation of God himself during the time of the isrealites in the book of jeremiah chapter 32.
God has this to say of all the evil that is happening in Israel during that time. Jeremiah 32 verse 30 says, For the children of Israel and the children of judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands,Saith the lord.
Verse 31, for this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day, that I should remove if from before my face.
[ ] Verse 32, Because of all the evil the children of Israel and of the children of judah,which they have done to provoke me to anger,they,their kings,their prince's,their priests, and their prophets, and the men of judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
[ ] Verse 33, And they have turned unto me the back,and not the face, though I taught them,rising up early and teaching them,yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.i want to specifically emphasize of the last verse that brother Daniel read "they have turned unto me the back not the face" this is the cause of evil in the world, Even the pandemic even wars, diseases,incurable diseases that humanity now is encountering, these all the caused by our turning our back to the lord and not our face.we do not want to face him,we do not want to see his face, what we want is to see his face of the one who cause all evil in the world and that is Satan. Turning our back our face from God and showing God our back,means we are going another way.
[ ] 1 Timothy 5 verse 15 says, from some are already turned aside after Satan.
Showing our back to God and not our face means we are going farther and farther from God's presence and we are teaching the domain of satan,this is what happened to our world.
And what's that thing making us go farther from God? That's our sins. They make us go against God and doing the will of the devil
