From the earning point I discovered I can earn more just by delegating and they are new on the platform and their resource credit was low, so I thought it would be nice to help since they complained of being short of resource credit.

Delegation does, if you use ecency app and you click on the wallet icon beside it is delegation and thy attached point to it

I was confused from the first paragraph because my account wasn't up to 3 months. I accepted my fault and I did write what I was told to do.
But I can't comment on the community which I still don't know why
Communities have their own admins and are owned by members. They can decide who can post and who can't. That is totally separate to Hivewatchers.
