It's another opportunity to hear the word of God today with brother Elisoriano. Praise be to God, I will like to share with us some of the few lessons I learnt from our today's bible study been the 4th of January,2022. By Bro Eli.
I will be sharing the few important points I learnt from God's words discussed in the zoom meeting attached with a short video reaction
We were meant to understand that,the one who foretold,who sees things from the beginning to the end is God.
Isaiah 46:9 Speaking here was God saying there is no one else beside him. How? He is the only one that can declare the end from the beginning.
Isaiah 46:10 It is only God that can do this
Matthew 24:36. Because Jesus Christ know that is only the father that can decide not him nor the angels .
Act 1:6 it's only God the father who has the power to decide time and season it was set by God in his own power.
We were also meant to understand that ,those who wrote the bible were humans not Angels there writing was an instruction from God.
Revelation 10:4 when John was writing he has a vision of the seven thunders. There are some things that are not written in the bible those things were among the surprises that will be revealed to those in Christ on the last day.
1John 3:2 What will happen to our appearance is not revealed unto us now. But on the last day, they will e revealed. What we are to do to be justified on the last day, are the ones revealed to us.
Revelation 1:19 All the thing written in the bible were written under the introductions of God and those what we're not written,God did not instruct them to be written.
So, let's not focus on the things that are not written but focus on those things that are written. Because
1 Corinthians 14:37 If there are some things not written in the bible is because we do not have the capacity to know everything.
2 Peter 3:16 There are some part of the bible that is difficult to understand that those that are impatient misinterpreted the bible.
An example of the Seventh day Adventist that do not believe in worshipping God on Sunday. They believe if they do,they will receive the mark of a beast.That is misinterpretation of the bible.
So, those who do not have the knowledge of the bible give their own interpretations.
My old belief and expectations that was improved by listening to the word of God via zoom
I never knew that there are still some things that will be revealed on the last day that is not written in the bible
How the study has help me and make me a better person
Is that if I live a life if righteousness and received Christ as my lord and personal savoir what will happen to our appearance on the last day will be revealed and we will be justified.
