It's another great day to listen to the word of God by his servant Bro Eli Soriano.
One truth that cannot be avoided is death. Every human being will die—young or old, rich or poor. Death is a certainty for all.
The Bible explains this clearly in Hebrews 9:27, which says that it is appointed for human beings to die once, and after that comes judgment. This scripture answers the question of why people die. Death occurs simply because God has appointed it for mankind—once—and afterward, judgment follows.
Therefore, for anyone still seeking an explanation for human death, Hebrews 9:27 provides the answer. It reveals that death is God’s appointment for all people, followed by judgment.
As Bro. Eli also taught, since death is unavoidable, judgment is equally unavoidable. Every person will one day stand before the judgment throne of God Almighty.
However, there is only one being who does not die the Father, Almighty God Himself.
This truth is revealed in 1 Timothy 6:16, which declares that God alone possesses immortality. He dwells in unapproachable light, whom no human has seen or can see. To Him belong honor and everlasting power. Amen.
This verse clearly shows that the only truly immortal being who cannot die is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Almighty God.
It is no surprise, then, that Jesus Christ revealed His Father to us as described in 1 Timothy 6:16—the One who alone has immortality, dwelling in light beyond human reach.
In conclusion, the God revealed to us by Jesus Christ is the Father, the only immortal being who cannot die and who will remain forever, even until the end of the world.
