Do we all serve the same God?//Mcgi Topic Review (part 2)

Greetings everyone, and welcome to my blog.

It is another wonderful opportunity to listen to the word of God as taught by His servant, Bro. Eli Soriano. Today’s reflection centers on an important and often-debated question: Do we all serve the same God?

According to Bro. Eli Soriano, we do not all serve the same God. Although many people around the world claim to worship a god, the Bible makes it clear that there are many so-called gods, each with their own followers and belief systems. These worshippers may be sincere and devoted, but sincerity alone does not make their god the true God.

Scripture describes some gods as having eyes but cannot see, ears but cannot hear, and feet but cannot walk. These are powerless and lifeless idols. In contrast, the God of the Bible is living, active, and supreme above all. He hears prayers, sees the hearts of men, and acts according to His will. This is the God whom true believers serve.

Hebrews 11:32 reminds us of faithful servants such as Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets—men who all served the same true God, the God of the Scriptures. Their faith and obedience distinguished them from those who followed false gods.

Those who practice beliefs and traditions contrary to the Bible despite claiming to believe in it do not truly serve the God of the Bible. Practices such as false doctrines and ungodly traditions reveal a departure from God’s truth.

Isaiah 3:12 warns that misguided leadership leads people astray and destroys the right path. Likewise, God’s promise in Kings affirms that His covenant and authority are established through obedience to His word.

In conclusion, while many claim to serve God, only those who follow the teachings of the Bible in truth and righteousness serve the one true God.
