Good morning everyone. Happy to be our midst again to share my benefits from the mas indoctrination Day 9. Am brother Ajah Kelvin and this post is done on the 23/7/22.

If we are doing good, then we should endeavor to finish it. Apostle Paul speaking in Galatians 6:9, that we shouldn't be weary in well doing, that in due time we shall reap if we faint not.

From the teaching, we learnt according to Hebrews 10:24-25, that we are to provoke
one another unto good works. when we gather we are to stir up one another to yield ourselves more to the work of God. we should observe one another too when we gather to see if any is in need of anything. We shouldn't for any reason forsake the gathering of the believers. It should be a thing of joy to be in the midst of the brethren. The primary purpose of our gathering is not for the offering we are to give but to care for one another, exhort one another, etc. Caring is supposed to be part of the lifestyles of God's children. Bro Eli shared a story of a security man who had only one uniform to wear. He had to observed very well for him to know this and he provided another for him. The man was very happy. we should consider one another. we should take time to observe others around us.

We learnt in Matthew 26:41, that we are to watch and pray. we should observe what is happening around us and pray to God based on what we have observed around us. It mustn't be in the mid night when everyone is sleeping. out maintenance is our consideration of one another. our consideration provoke one another to good works.

whether we have money (offering) or not,we shouldn't get discouraged from to the church. God is more interested in us coming to HIM to than the offering we are going to offer. And in the house of God, no one should be looked down upon; everyone should be treated equally as we are too in the sight of God. There should ne no partiality in the house of God whether one is rich or poor. God hasn't called only the rich or only the poor, both are acceptable before God.

we shouldn't like those that have so much to eat and drink that they even waste them but their brethren are hungry and are struggling to feed. Paul in 1Corinthians 11:21-22 discourages such attitude for it's not godly. we should not just be concern about only ourselves but we should see the wellbeing of one another as a priority. Apostle John in 2 John 1:12, was eager to see the brethren physically to see how they are doing.

We also learnt according to Acts 20:7, that the early Christians gathered together on the first day of the week being Sunday. During the gathering, they studied the word of God. Apostle Paul preached the word of God to them till midnight. In John 20:19, we also saw there that the Apostles gathered on the first day of the week.

Worshiping God isn't restricted to any particular day. we can worship God any day and at time. In Acts 2:46-47,the brethren gathered everyday. So, it's false to say that it's only on a particular day that we can worship God, just like the Sabbath saying God can only be worship on Saturdays.

Collection of offering was also done on the first day of the week-1 Corinthians 16:1.

When we gather to pray, God forgives and heals us too according to 2Chronicles 7:14. we should also sing in the presence of God. singing has been in existence before the world was created-Rev1:20,Job38:5-7. The angels sings daily before God-Rev 7:11. Singing is from God. Jesus sings,God Himself too sings, the angels while on earth sings(Luke 2:8-14). Singing brings deliverance too(Psalms 32:7). David sang in 1 Samuel 16:23 and King Saul was delivered of the Evil Spirit on Him.

I would have to stop here. Hope we are blessed too going through the post. God keep enlightening our heart through His words. God bless Bro Eli and the entire MCGI team for bringing God's word to us. My appreciation too to @theycallmedan for your support to the community at one point or the other. Once again, you are all invited for the remaining sessions of the mass indoctrination with Bro Eli.

Seems like many religious leaders confuse the commandment to keep the Sabbath holy. This indoctrination enlighten us so we could understand that we can gather to pray any day and at any time. The reminder to keep Saturday holy is the minimun requirement to be grateful towards our creator.

thanks so much for your response. I quie appreciate

Thanks be to God for listening on our meeting.

MCGI Cares (Hive) community's main mission is to share the words of God, not the Hive upvotes. If we get upvotes, please treat it as just a bonus. Do not focus mainly on material things as the bible is teaching us not to look at things seen but rather focus our eyes on things not seen.

II CORINTHIANS 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
