I want to contribute to the question: Is a Man's fate under the control of God? Part 2.
God has Dominion over all things on earth, so if you submit yourself to him you will have Dominion. Ask the Lord to bless your plans and you will be successful in carrying them out. Everything the Lord has made, has it's destiny and the destiny of the wicked is destruction. The Lord hate anyone who is arrogant, he will never let them escape punishment.
Proverb 16:9 - You may make your plans, but God directs your actions.
Pride leads to destruction, and arrogance leads to downfall. We should make our steps straight by doing what pleases God. Be righteous and be good. God does not forsake his people. His plan is of good and not of evil.
He listens to our honest prayer and grant us Happy life.
God is our fate and he is in control of the universe.
