LESSONS LEARNED:
God's obligation is to do good works.
Taking care of the needy families around us. Feeding the poor, clothing the naked.
Not storing up foods for ourselves against the time we'll be hungry, but making sure that people that are hungry around us have what to eat.
Some persons even go as far as keeping money for hospital bills against the time they'll be sick, while there are sick people around without any care. We shouldn't be like that, we show concern to our fellow men in need.
In proverbs 11:30, the Bible tells us that the fruits of being righteous, is the tree of Life, and one that wins souls is a wise one.
There's always joy in heaven when a sinner repents, this means that God is pleased with he the makes one to repent from sin.
In James 5:20, the Bible makes it clear that one that wins a soul has saved that soul from destruction and death.
When we care for our fellow men, they'll be drawn to God. The church of God will multiple.
Good things definitely attracts. By our good works, many would glorify God and come to fellowship with us.
It is God that multiplies the church, not man.
Instead of promising people good jobs, contracts, marriage, etc. We should be doing good works, because in Jeremiah 30:19, the Bible makes it clear that our of his people shall proceed thanksgiving and he'll multiply them.
Evil people should be expelled from the church of God so that they don't corrupt others, according to 1 Corinthians 5:11-13.
They should be expelled after 2nd admonition, according to Titus 3:10.
So the church should be full of God's people that are bound to good works, and that's what will multiply the church.
And these good works will bring multiplication.

I had no contrary belief regarding the teaching.

This would further enhance my good works and kingdom advancement endeavours.
