That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved
Romans 10:9
Salvation begins with our confession, what we say is what we think and feel, when we confess Jesus it is because we believe and this is the basis of faith, let us remember that this faith God has poured into our hearts and the Holy Spirit of God moves us to repent and confess Jesus as Savior.
