What I learned:
Whatever is commanded by the God of heaven should be diligently obeyed in the House of God, according to Ezra Chapter 7 verse 23 and we know that the House of God is the Church of the Living God and Christ is the head of the Church of God. So baptism as a commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ, should be obeyed in the House of God, which is the Church of the Living God. Many build their own churches and drag the name of the Lord into it and then conduct baptism. And those that are baptized grow up and have no power at all because the baptism day has no efficacy. Because the laws of God should be obeyed in his house, and if it is taken to another house, then it will not work. Baptism is for the washing away of sins according to Titus Chapter 3 verse 5. In act chapter 22 verse 16 we also see that baptism signifies washing away of sins.
True baptism should be in one body, that is, in the body of Christ, which is the Church of the Living God. It should be in one spirit according to Ephesians Chapter 4, verse 4. We were learnt, we learned from scriptures that the Jews, the Gentiles, the Greeks, all were baptized into one body and in one spirit. And the House of God, which is the Church of the Living God, is where the name of the father is, that is where our Lord Jesus Christ is, and that is where the spirit of the Lord dwells. Baptism should be done in the name of the father and should not be done with the name of the father. What many pastors are doing now is to use the name of the father to baptize instead of conducting the baptism In the name of the father, that is where the name of the father is.
Whatever is owned by the God of heaven, Should be named after him. So the House of God should be named the Church of God. So we should be careful, Where we receive baptism, what determines our baptism, And where we get baptized. Baptism should not be done with the name of the father, but in the name of the father. So we should be baptized in the Church of God, where the name of the father is called. The Bible says in second chronicles Chapter 7, verse 16, I have chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there. So there is a place where God has placed his name. That is where we should receive the true baptism that Jesus Christ commanded his disciples to carry out.
