We are living in a world wherein people have their own preferences and choices. Most people don't know what being a peacemaker mean, because they have allowed the Satan to plant evil in their hearts.
In this life, we have two spiritual forces which is the spirit of God and that of Satan. The way we behaves depends on the one we allow into our heart, If we allow Satan into our lives that's where we see people killing their fellow humans, lies, hot-tempered, broken families, hatred, corruption and all other bad things happening in the world. But if we allow God to come into our lives, we will live in a world full of love, peace, righteous life, harmony etc.
As Christians, we should not allow or give room to devil to come into our lives.
The book of John 3:18-19 made us to understand that those who believe in God and allow his spirit into their lives will not be condemned. But those who do not believe in him will be condemned because they do not believe in the name of his only begotten son who died for our sins. God bring light to us by sending his only begotten son, but there are people who love darkness; the evil doers, because they have allowed satan into their lives.
As believers, it's our obligation to be peacemakers. God created us to love everyone, live in peace and harmony and not to hate people or harm them.
