Is it possible for a man to be baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire without being baptized with water? Is there an order as to when these baptisms should be received?

The order is very clear, water baptism comes before holy spirit baptism. The disciples were already baptized with water before the holy spirit baptism of the Pentecost of which Brother Eli quoted Acts 2:6-11.

I think that what could lead to misunderstanding was what happened in Acts 10:44-48 where Cornelius appeared to receive the holy spirit when not yet baptized. This was why Peter asked that they be baptized.

Well, some issues need further explanation. But I thank Brother Eli in his effort in explaining the Bible. He is wonderful.

Thank God

I have dropped my view about this baptismal order in the first part of this post. Baptism in the name of the Lord simply means forsaking our sins and accepting Jesus Christ as Lord. Simply put, it means being born again. Baptism in water is simply a physical proof of being born again. In other words, it is a public announcement that we are born again, associating with Christ in public.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit however is a result of our faith, hunger and thirst for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and the quest to be useful for His service.

Jesus did not need to be baptized, since He was without sin, but so that He would not contradict the Scriptures as it concerns John's Baptism unto repentance, He had to do it for people to see.

Brother, thank God for always participating. Brother, I want to invite you to hear the doctrines of Lord Jesus Christ, I know you already heard one session of youtube live. But this was the great day of Pentecost that all Nations comes together according to Act:2:6

There is a question bothering me, and the question is, was all those people that speaks in tongue that day baptised? Cos you said it was a day of Pentecost and many people would be present and it's not possible that everyone present are baptised

If you will continue reading the verse you will see that the 12 apostles are people who speak in tongues.

Acts 2:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

The 12 apostles are the one baptized and speak the tongue. God bless you

Amen. So the 12 disciples are baptised in Holy Spirit and not in water? 💧

Or they have been baptised with water 💧 before and after three years they are baptised with the Holy Spirit according to brother Eli?

They are baptized in water first

So the speaking in tongues come up on the day of Pentecost which Nations comes together to Jerusalem. According to Bible verse Act:2:6 to 11, where people from another another country started speaking the language they didn't understand which is the work of the Holy Spirit and result of baptism

I still learn that we must follow orders from the Bible, like reading lessons that entails lesson of baptism before being baptized with water just the way John the Baptist used to do

One can be baptized in the Holy Spirit and fire without the water baptism. Please read this:

Acts 10:44-48 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,
Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Moreover, it's not an excuse not to go for water baptism if you have the opportunity before you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Himself was filled with the Holy Spirit immediately after Water baptism(Matthew 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:). Thus, there's no prescribed order for the the two baptisms. Only God decides when to give who which one first and His decision is final.
God bless you.

thank God, I have voted this comment. Happy to see you here brother, God bless you

Bless you too.
