One reason why people worry alot basically is caused by fears of the unknown, fear comes as a result of uncertainty, and ofcourse the future is filled with lots of uncertainty, and so because of these we are skeptical of the outcome, we are not at rest because of thesd outcome will it be to our favour? Or against us, will it be good or bad, anxiety is a natural phenomenon it occur as a result of all that i've mentioned above, so as a result of that our bodies react to react to them causing us to be anxious, worry, disturbed amd restless.....
However as i have mentioned in previous of my post here the book of phillipians 4:6 handles it all, that is the surest answer to all the questions in our heart, know that the is nothing under the sun that is new to man, everything God had for know, remember when lucifier was cast down unto the earth?... In Revelation 12:12 the bible said woe to the inhabitants of the earth for the devil is come having great wrath, for he knows he has a very short time, so the earth is in trouble, however the word of God through out the whole bible is filled with soothing words of Comfort, God's unfailing love, care, tendermercies and of his faithfulness.
The day i discover the scripture of Phillipians 4:6-7 my heart rested from all the troubles and worries that Clouded me, there is no need to worry about anything God is in control leave it to him, also in the book of mathew 6:27 says How many of you by worrying can add a cubit heights to himself, so?...there is no point been disturbed over that matter leave it to God and also trust him enough to handle it.
In mathew 11:28 the God says come unto me all you that are heavy with burdens and i will give you rest, God knows what you are going through right now he undetstands what it means to be human living in this wicked world He was once here in Human form so he totally understands, thats why he is calling all of us to come with our yoke, with whatever is burdering you, he will takecare of it, by worrying won't solve anything, however it says by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your REQUEST BE MADE KNOWN UNTO GOD, guess what it didn't stop there....
The next chapter of that scripture says and God will give you peace in your hearts, such peace that surpasses all of human understanding, what i grab there is the kind of peace that makes you so relaxed even in the midst of chaos, difficulty, troubles, were you ought to be worried, crying, lamenting you will have a reason and a course to smile, smiling and filling so relaxed despite whatever is going on...
Finally in the book lf psalms 121:4, says He that keepeth isreal, neither sleeps nor slumber, so you should be rest assured that God is your ever present help, he is everly available when you call on him, he will always turn up, please trust God enough not to worry about anything, kill that thoughts today, he has not forsaken you, he will come through every situation.
As Brother Eli said It requires Faith to live the christian life were all things are possible first to those who believe in him, faith is the highest currency in this kingdom, it is your stronghold on God and to get anything from him...
In as much as we know what the Bible says, we worry sometimes not because of fear of unknown, but because of comparison with others.
We look at others with their lands and gold
And forget that Christ has promised us His wealth untold.
Thats too is a factor, thats why the bible says Godliness with contentment is great gain, so as believers we ought to live in this reality that christ says he will supply all our needs according to his riches in glory which surpasses all materials and earthly wealth....
