Greetings everyone. In today's lesson we'll be looking at how a single christian woman is meant to live her life. The book of 1 Corinthians 7 vs 32 - 35 presents us with the teaching of how christian women are expected to live their lives.
The passage talks on how the things of the Lord was the priority of a single woman. A single christian woman is one that is meant to keep herself apart and consecrated for fit of the kingdom. She is meant to be pure in heart and in spirit.
Marital union is a beautiful thing. But there are cases where there is no peace in the home, instead it's just full of disunion and strife. God doesn't delight in such kind of homes. God created marriage but it wasn't wasn't that was enforced on everyone that they must do.
For instance, Jesus Christ—our Lord and personal saviour—lived His entire life on earth and we didn't hear of him marrying. What's important the most is that we identify we Christ. Marriage is not a destiny that everyone on this earth must involve themselves to. Some people's lives got ruined because of the marriage they got into.
