People often say no one knows tomorrow which is very true. But as students of the word of God we are given insight of certain occurrences that are bound to happen. The word of God is described as light. What light does is that it lights up our path and help us to know what lies ahead of us. The absence of light is darkness and when darkness exists we have no idea of what is right in front of us.
It is very important especially as Christians that we hold tight unto the word of God so that when things are taking people unawares we who are in Christ and are grounded by the word of God and not taking unawares of when some things happen.
Even some of the things that we see happening already today we're earlier on prophesied in the Bible. We should not at any time underestimate the word of God. It is a very powerful tool given to us Christians. The devil knows how important the word of God is and that is why when it initially came out he made it very difficult for it to get to people so that they wouldn't receive this light which is contained in it.
Even when it became easy to be accessed he went on by deriving means to distract people of God so that they won't have time to go through His word. But we should not be deceived. We should always give time into study of the word of God so that we know His will and things that he warns us about
