THE IMPORTANT POINTS IN THE LESSON
I greet you all my brethren in christ. Today is another wonderful and beautiful day. I will use the opportunity to share what I learnt from the lesson with the house.
I learnt that, if any man teaches what is not in line with what is in the Bible, that teachings are ungodly false teaching. Christians listens to God's words in the Bible and do it accordingly. God talks to us through the holy bible. You can not teach otherwise aside the bible. All your teachings about the holy Lord should come from the Bible and nothing else. All peoples who are teaching what is not in the Bible but of their own gospel are false teachers of the Lord.
Mark 7:7-8
Many peoples mention the Lord's name in vein. They used the name of our Lord to do all kinds of bad or evil. They are evil but uses the name of our Lord Christ to cover their evil deeds. They said they teach the doctrines of our Lord and the commandments of our Lord but stick to the tradition of men. We should not act like hypocrytes. We should be genuine in what ever we do. We should worship the Lord in truth.
Before the Lord went back to heaven, he told his disciples to teach his commandments.
Mathew 28:19-20
He told his Apostles to go to the world and make disciples of all nation's, batizing them in the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit. Teach everyone to observe all what I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you always and will continue to be with you always till the end of the world. Baptism is very necessary in every Christian Life. Baptism comes after repentance.
Baptism is very important and the first thing to do after repentance. After you have baptized, you became the the member of the church of God . Baptism is the formal way in joining the church. That is the formal way or legal way to become the member of the church.
John 12:48
Our Lord said, all peoples who rejected me and does not received my word has a judge. The words I have spoken will judge them on the last day. Keeping the words of God in our heart and doing it accordingly is the responsibility of every human.
We should love genuinly, hold to what is good and ignore evil. We should love one another with brotherly affection. Every human on Earth is created by God. This means that we are all one people in the face of God. The lord want us to see our fellow human as a brother but not an enermy. We should love one another.
Many are in this world deceiving peoples with the doctrine which is against the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ. The way to defretiate these false prophets is to test them. Let not believe anyone, the Bible is there to guide us.
MY FORMER BELIEFS OR EXPECTATIONS THAT WAS IMPROVED
Anyone who teaches anything which is not in the bible is not from the heavenly father. God speaks to his peoples through the holy bible. Again, baptism is the formal way to join the church. Before you can be baptized, you have to received first the word of the Lord.
I also believed that, we should love genuinely . Brother love is of very important to the Lord. We should love everyone without any condition.
THE IMPACT OF THE STUDY ON MY LIFE AND OTHERS
I believed in baptism and Accord it with a lot of respect. I love everyone regardless of their position or age.
