The argument is very important about High Sabbath, the Passover, which is on you, and it's very discussed in many Ecclesiasticals today. In John 19:31, this Christ disagrees with the High Day Sabbath from just normal Sabbaths. And Matthew 28 shows that Jesus had already risen before the first day.
The crucifixion on Wednesday, the theological address is the three days and thirty nights' testament of Jesus without forcing. This is a symbolic of partial day interposition. It also exposes our traditions, cultural practices and traditions, such as Good Friday, Resurrection, can grow detached from any biblical authority.
Whether I would fully agree or not, this teaching reminds believers that our doctrine should be built on that scripture. Not to that historical assumption. Faith is threatened when Christians are allowed and the Bible is examined properly.
If tradition caught at this scripture, as a believer, we must stand on what the scripture says.
