I welcome you all to the MCGI Mass indoctrination program. We start off this series today, being hosted by our beloved brother Daniel and Eli Soriano. We look into the true did doctrines of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Bible. As Christians, we are expected to listen to the His words alone and no other's.
Matthew 17:5 - While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
Doctrines or teachings that one pays attention to that is not of Christ is a false doctrine. We come across a lot of them these days. It is not every doctrine is in accordance with that of Christ. It is easy to get deceived listening to some of these wrong teachings. What them are the doctrines of the Lord Jesus Christ?
One of the first doctrines of Christ is Baptism, we see this in the book of Matthew 28:19. After receiving the word of God, the next step to take is baptism. It is important for a believer to get baptized because the was one of the final instructions that Christ gave to His disciples before He left the earth and ascended to heaven.
