Finding out the purpose of God for our lives is very important. For everyone of Us in this planet there's a purpose to which God created us. We didn't appear into this world by accident. The scientist believe in a theory called Big bang theory but that is not how we came into existence.
We were crafted by God. God expects that we live our lives in reverence to him. We are called to be doers of good works. Our lives should be pleasing unto God. We should be more concerned about pleasing God then pleasing man. One of the things that proves that our lives are pleasing unto God is when we live a life which is centered towards doing good works.
We are told in the Bible that all our works will be tried by fire on the final day. So it is very important that we live our lives with the intention of doing good works.
We are not meant to live our lives like the way the people of the world do, we are meant to live our lives which reflects Christ. Anywhere we go people should be able to identify us as Christians through our works and not just by what we say.
