MCGI Topic Review // Why Do People Die?

Brother Eli has given us a word that comforts us with the truth that we try to avoid.

Death is not an accident of nature but it's just like an appointment set by God. Using the scriptures reminds us that only the Father has immortality.

According to 1 Timothy 6, every human, whether short or long, ends because mortality is part of God's order in mankind. What makes this message striking is not just the uncertainty of death, but it's what follows after it.

Hebrews 9:37, this leaves no room for dispute. After death comes judgment, but I already explained that death itself is just more of a warning. A teacher pointed us towards accountability before God. He tells us that life is not merely about survival but a pleasure, God's preparation.

The Lord's Prayer as he alerted centers everything on the Father, the kingdom, his will, his glory. This perspective humbles us. If God alone possesses immortality, then our lives definitely are borrowed and how we live is what truly matters. The teaching is sobering, it urges reflection, repentance and faith. That reminds us that judgment is real and therefore obedience to God should be urgent.
