Why is there so much evil in this world? (Part 1 of 2)/MCGI Topic Review

Genesis 6:5-6

5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

When the Lord saw that the man's wickedness is much on the earth and that the man's thoughts was nothing but evil all the time, the Lord regretted that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him in His heart.

Because of all evil in this world is because we have turned our faces from God. It is the Lamentation of God Himself during the time of the Israelites in the book of Jeremiah 32. God has this to say of the evil that is happening in the Israel during time.

   Jeremiah 32:30-32

30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the LORD. 31 For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face, 32:32 Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 33 And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.

The last verse telle us, that that they have turned unto their back and not their face. This is the cause of evil in this world, the pandemic, diseases, wars, even the incurable diseases humanity is now facing. These are all caused by turning our back unto the Lord and not our face.

  Genesis 11:4

And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

God knew that their evil would only mutiply if they continued to plan with one another, so He confused their languages and scattered them. Many people treats God's word with total disdain and allowed evil to ruined their destiny.
