Death teaches us something very important and what is that very important thing that death teaches us?
Another question is, if there is a God why do people die? There are those who die young and some later in life. 1 Timothy 6:16 says;
"Who only had immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; who no man hath seen, nor can see; to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen."
The one person that exists to whom power and honour belong for everlasting is the father.
Matthew 6:9-13 says;
9:"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name."
10:"Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is done in Heaven.”
11:"Give us this day our daily bread"
12:"And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors"
13:"And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen."
That’s a famous Bible quotation called the " the Lord’s Prayer". In these verses, the Lord Jesus Christ introduced his father to His disciples. Paul when he wrote to Timothy, he said in 1 Timothy 6:16;
"Who only hath immorality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; who no man hath seen; nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen. Thus it is only the Father who Has immorality, He cannot die but you are asking me why do people die? Regardless of age or the condition of man, all men die. Hebrews 9:27;
"And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement:"
We are appointed unto God to die and that is something inevitable, something none can escape. The very important thing death teaches us is that there will be judgement, we will face death and after that we will face the judgement seat of God, come the judgement day.
