Why did the house of Prayer in Jerusalem become a den of thieves?/( Part 2 of 3 ) MCGI Topic Review

When Jesus said to the Apostles that the temple will be completely destroyed, which is the house of Prayer and the ground of truth. It was later destroyed and there are facts that the war with the Roman Empire destroyed the temple when it laid siege around Jerusalem. Let's read the book of Matthew 24:1-2

        Matthew 24:1-2 (KJV)

1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

The destruction did happened, Jesus Christ foretold of the events that would happen, He talked about the events in advance, He said " Verily" which means surely.
The destruction of the temple which is the house of Prayer was predicted by Jesus Christ. The question is, then why is it no longer a house of Prayer?

Bro. Eli Soriano explains that, physically we do not have house of Prayer anymore, only broken walls that are left because the temple that was originally built by Solomon was totally destroyed.

Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

It was also foretold by our Lord Jesus Christ, that there will be abomination of desolation that will be happening in Jerusalem.
There will be abomination of desolation in the Holy place and we all know that Holy place is the temple, where the Holy of Holies is also. But there is no longer a house of Prayer.
