Serving God entails that we have an obedient heart. Nothing is more important than obeying the will of God.
Even when we find it hard seeing reasons why we should do so we should just trust and obey. Living life outside the will of God is a risky way to live.
We can't fully run the christian race the way we are meant to if we put aside the will of God. It is as a result of disobedience that we are seeing ourselves in the mess we are in today. None of the evil that we are experiencing in our world today was ever the will of God and none of it would have ever come to be if the commandment of God was been obeyed.
No parent would ever like a disobedient child. If we claim to be children of God then one of the ways we prove this is by heeding to the will of God with a willing heart.
Obedience to the will of God keeps on the right track in life. Walking in disobedience should never be an option. Our lives should be lived to the commitment of obeying God's will.
