PRAYER MEETING HELD ON THE 15-02-2022. BY BROTHER DANIEL

Praise be to God,I will be sharing below some of the important lessons I learnt from our Prayer Meeting on the 15th of February,2022. By bro Daniel. Coupled with a short video reaction.

We were meant to understand that, when given to our fellow men we should give what is good and when it is due. We shouldn't wait until they are asking and begging for it. An example of employees and employer was made. The employers should be able to lay their employees when it is due not until they ask or beg for it.

• We can exercise the commandments of God by first loving God, loving our neighbors and even our enemies.

• The law of loving our fellow men,is a law which we are to obey. In obeying this love,in our sanctification is our duty before God.

• We should always do to our fellow men what we want them to do to us. If we love ourselves so dearly,we should also love others same way. Mathew 7:12

• Romans 13:10 made it clear that without love we can't obey the law. When we obey the commandments of God we will have the love for our fellow men in us.

• If we can't do evil to ourselves,we should not even think about it towards others. And if we don't want to perish,we shouldn't wish same to others.

• We should not be the hearer alone but the doer of the word of God. When the word is being heard and kept in our heart,it bears fruit and patience. Which the fruit is love.

• We were meant to understand that,the word of God is a spirit which santifies the fruit of the spirit includes (love,joy, peace, patient,kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness/ meekness and self-control.) Galatians 5:23.

• All this fruit are supposed to be seeing in us doing so,we are proclaiming the honor of the one that called us. So we should keep examining ourselves to know if we are still exercising all the fruit of the spirit.

• In conclusion,love cannot be taking away if it is been taking away it is worthless because,love is the component of the commandments of God.

My expectations that was improved after hearing the word of God during the prayers meeting that was held Via zoom.

• Initial,I have an idea about the fruit of the spirit. Then,we were just reading it but really don't know that all the fruit of the spirit are connected to showing love to our fellow which bro Daniel made it clear to us that we need all the fruit of the spirit in other proclaim the honor of him that called us.

How the study has affected me and make me a better person that I can use in my daily life.

• Is to love others as ourselves and don't do to others what we can't take. So we should endeavor that the fruit of the spirit are seen in us. And we should keep evaluating ourselves of we are still exercising all the fruit of the spirit.
