Early morning by the pond in Buttonwood Park

I have been out so much in the early morning catching sunrise in various spots, that I am way behind in editing, I think from the last few weeks I have close to 155 Images that I have not yet edited, some are 3 shot HDR images I need to merge, and many others than need editing, I guess that will be a plus when I get to Winter and will not be out walking so much, but I did a quick burst of editing Sunday morning since it was raining so I would have some to post this week and these shots are from an early morning visit by the Pond in ButtonWood park.

Buttonwood Park is 97 Acres and an Oasis of nature with gardens, but my favorite spot to visit is to take a walk around the pond which is 7-acre (2.8 ha)

When I first got there it was still fairly Dark so I took a couple of shots and was walking and waiting to see what the sunrise would bring, that's when I played around and got a couple of light trail shots of vehicles I shared in a recent post

I have shared other shots of the pond such as this one in daylight showing the water lilies, but todays shots are all longer exposures in the morning light
and i was lucky some nice colors did come out as the sun rose that morning, here another shot looking across the pond the warming house which is now a senior center is visble

This tree isnt doing to well this year but I think it has character and was worth a shot

and the wait was worthwhile that morning some real nice colors came out both on the horizon and lighting up the clouds
