Some of you guys might be wondering what is a Quick Chicken, is it any new Recipe or what?

No no no it's just my way of saying I made a Chicken Curry quickly. I will be heading out to our Native Home which is about 600 miles away in like half an hour from now. As we are going via Car we need some food for the road atleast for Breakfast as the last time when we travelled it was hard for us finding a decent Breakfast joint.

So yeah we are getting some Chapatis and Chicken for our Breakfast. As for the chicken I left it to marinate for like 8 hours with Masalas and some Line Juice as well. Since I added in Lime Juice it helped in me cooking the Chicken quite quick as Lime starts the cooking process slowly so when it's actually cooking time the chicken is almost half cooked and delicious.

Anyways guys going out soon and I will be trying to update my status while on Road.
